- Preservation Specialist: Conduct historic resource surveys and develop preservation plans.
- Communications Coordinator: Manage marketing, communications, and outreach efforts.
Budget and Funding
- Grants and Funding: Pursue grants and funding opportunities from local, state, and national organizations.
- Membership and Donations: Develop a membership program and solicit donations from individuals and organizations.
- Program Revenue: Generate revenue from educational programs, tours, and materials.
- Corporate Sponsorships: Pursue corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
